The goals listed below are intended to guide the boards as they carry out their duties:- Grow and sustain board membership including growth and development of the Advisory Board.
- Ensure program viability through vigorous fundraising for special events, private donations, a year-round sponsorship fund, and building an endowment fund.
- Use personal resources and connections in the community to increase visibility and awareness of FETC.
- Pursue sufficient capital resources for a shaded arena to allow program expansion and address health considerations of our special needs riders.
- Oversee the implementation and expansion of the Horses for Heroes program and other specialty programs.
- Maintain a strong volunteer base.
